内容提要

  

    本书在安徽省高等学校“十一五”规划教材的基础上修订，为英语专业泛读教材。《阅读拓展（4学生用书）》侧重英语专业与其他领域知识的融会贯通，共8个单元，每单元围绕一个题材和一个阅读技巧展开，并提供阅读材料。文章大多选自英语国家近年来出版的图书、知名杂志和网站，长度适中，难度相宜。本书合理设计课堂练习和课外活动，有针对性地训练学生的阅读技能。练习中安排了适量的口语和写作活动，有利于整合学生语言能力，激发学生学习兴趣，提高课堂教学效果。
